- What does a quote need?
- The seller, the customer, a list of line items with quantities and unit prices, any discounts, tax, the total, the payment installments and how long the quote is valid. The tool builds all of these.
- How do I split payments into installments?
- Enter a label for each installment (for example deposit, acceptance) and a percentage. The installments must add up to 100%. The tool splits the amount based on the tax-inclusive total.
- Can I save the quote?
- The tool saves nothing. You copy the text or print it, or use the Quotes feature in Sulato Business to save quotes per customer.
