What does SB do once a customer accepts a quote?
SB creates a draft order from the quote for you to review and confirm. Contracts are tied to the opportunity and the project, and SB reminds you before a contract expires.
Who replies to customers in the inbox?
Your people do. Messages from your Zalo Official Account and Facebook Page Messenger land in one inbox; every outgoing message is sent by a team member pressing Send, so customers always talk to a real person.
What if a customer transfers money with the wrong reference?
SB matches automatically only when the customer transfers the right amount with the right reference. Everything else goes to a queue for you to approve by hand, so nothing is recorded wrongly.
How do referral partners see their commission?
You send them a link to a commission statement. The link expires on its own, can be revoked, and needs no login. Payouts are only recorded in SB; SB does not transfer money.
