Frequently asked questions

My student list is in Excel. How do I move it to SB?

You import your contacts and customer list from Excel or CSV, preview the result, and only then apply it to the system. Up to 1,000 rows at a time.

What can teachers and advisors see?

You set permissions by role and scope, so everyone sees only what they are allowed to. Admins can see everything, and every important change is logged.

What happens to my data when the free trial ends?

SB switches to read-only: you can still sign in, view and export your data. Nothing is deleted, and once you pay, it reopens right away.

What if parents pay tuition by bank transfer?

Parents scan the VietQR code and transfer the exact amount with the exact reference. SB matches it to the tuition installment and records it as paid.
