Yes. A site splits into work packages, and each has an owner and a completion deadline. Overdue tasks are flagged to the person in charge, so you do not have to call everyone one by one.

How are deposits and later installments recorded?

Each installment has a VietQR code for the exact amount. Once you connect your receiving account, SB matches transfers that carry the right reference and amount automatically. Mismatched references or amounts go to a queue for your manual approval.

What do I get ready-made when I pick the interior trade?

You pick your trade at sign-up, and SB sets up a template for project-based services and uses "site" and "work package" in titles, menus and tabs. Reports and exports keep the standard names, and you can change them back in Settings.
