Every custom order has its own price. Can SB quote them?
Yes. Quotes are versioned, take prices from your price list, and print on A4. When the customer agrees, you get a draft order to review and close.
A customer pays half as a deposit and the rest after delivery. How does SB track that?
You split the order into payment installments, each with a VietQR code for the exact amount. When the customer transfers the right reference, SB matches it to the order; otherwise it waits for your manual approval.
How does SB warn me when I am short of paper, wood or blanks?
You define the bill of materials for each finished product. For each work order, SB works out the materials needed, issued and short, and creates a purchase order from the shortfall, so you know what is missing before the machines run.
Where do I see which orders are past their delivery date?
Overdue work orders show up right away, and the Overview shows open work orders, overdue work orders, plan versus actual, and materials below minimum.
