Autonomous operations
Repetitive work, handled by Sulato AI.
You focus on the big things. Stalled opportunities get a nudge to the right person, and won opportunities come with a project ready for your approval.
A closed loop, always with a person accountable
Sulato AI spots an opportunity that has stalled, assigns the work to the right person, follows up, and stops once a person has handled it.
An open opportunity with no next step.

Frequently asked questions
Does Sulato AI message my customers on its own?
No. Autonomous operations does not send messages or emails to your customers on its own. Sulato AI only creates tasks and reminds your people in the app. Rules or automated journeys you set up elsewhere are separate and run on your own configuration.
Can I stop it?
Yes. An admin can pause Autonomous operations for the workspace at any time; from the next run, there are no new actions. Each policy can also be set back to Observe or turned off. Sulato also has an emergency stop at the platform level, held by Sulato: when it is on, no new automatic actions happen. Pausing does not delete data.
Who is responsible for what Sulato AI does?
Each policy has an admin who owns it. Sulato AI works within that person’s permissions, and stops if they leave or are no longer an admin. For project creation, the approver decides and the project carries their name. Every run is in the log.
Will Sulato AI hand out tasks to staff at random?
Tasks go only to the person who owns that opportunity, never to the AI. Regular staff see only the runs that involve them; only admins can configure policies.
Could it duplicate an automation I already set up?
If a person or another automation is already handling the same work, Sulato AI yields and does not duplicate it. Before creating a project, it also checks one more time.
How do I get started?
Autonomous operations is off by default; an admin turns it on once the workspace is granted access. Pick a policy, pick the owner, and start in Observe mode. When it looks right, move to Needs approval, then Auto.
