When you ask for a message, Sulato AI only drafts it; you edit it and send it yourself. In Autonomous operations, Sulato AI only creates reminder tasks for the person in charge, and never sends messages or emails to your customers on its own. In the Zalo OA and Messenger inbox, every message is sent by your people tapping Send.

It is the part where Sulato AI handles repetitive work. When an opportunity has no next step, Sulato AI creates a task reminding the person in charge to follow up; once it is overdue, it reminds once inside the app. When a deal is won, it prepares a project for someone with permission to approve. It only runs when an admin turns it on.

Every automation policy has an admin who owns it, and Sulato AI only works within the permissions of that person. A policy starts in observe mode so you can preview it, every run is logged, and an admin can pause it at any time.

Yes. Customers message your Zalo OA or your Facebook Page Messenger, all messages land in one inbox in SB, and your staff reply there. Every outgoing message is sent by your people tapping Send; SB does not reply for them.

Yes. When a customer transfers the right amount with the right note, SB matches it to the order and records it as collected; mismatched payments wait for you to approve by hand. You can also generate a VietQR code with the amount pre-filled for each order or each payment installment.

Yes. You put a booking link or QR code on Facebook or Zalo. Customers pick an open time slot and leave their details, and your staff confirm. The schedule is organized by staff member and room, and SB does not allow two appointments at the same time in the same place.

SB supports selling memberships and prepaid treatment packages, by validity period or by number of sessions. Customers check in with a QR code, and the remaining sessions are deducted automatically and shown on the customer record.

Each partner or partner seller gets a referral code. SB calculates commission on real sales, with up to 3 referral tiers. There is no joining fee and no payment based on how many people someone recruits; if an order is canceled or returned, the commission is reversed.

You focus on customers while SB handles the repetitive work: Zalo and Messenger messages in one inbox, customers booking by themselves, bank transfers matched to orders automatically, and Sulato AI creating reminder tasks for you when an opportunity stalls.

When it ends, SB switches the workspace to read-only: you can still sign in, view and export your own data. Once you pay, the workspace reopens.
